- They also nurture the organic vegetable and herb gardens for each villa.
Residents enjoy fresh produce such as mint, coriander, palak, beans, tomatoes, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, amaranthus leaves, carrots, brinjal, and more.
This collaboration supports independence, livelihoods, and dignified inclusion while enriching the community with sustainable, naturally grown produce.
A lifestyle preview Under The Sun
Under the Sun, a luxury Villa lifestyle by Fortius Infra hosted a niche, curated experience designed to elevate the sales journey by bringing prospective clients and key stakeholders together under one roof. Coinciding with the launch of the Sunbeam Club, the event offered guided walkthroughs of the villas, giving guests a first-hand feel of the lifestyle envisioned at Under the Sun.
In keeping with the summer season, the celebration featured Mango Mania – Aam MasterChef, adding a refreshing and delightful twist to the experience. The afternoon blended flavours, interactions, and discovery — creating an immersive preview of life Under the Sun.

As a thoughtful gesture to deepen relationships, Under the Sun introduced a refined pickle-gifting experience — organic, preservative-free mango pickle crafted from mangoes grown on site. Elegantly packaged in signature Under the Sun style and delivered personally to select clients and stakeholders, it offered a subtle, flavourful expression of the nature-led villa lifestyle envisioned here.
